Pierre Gruneberg has been teaching the rich and famous to swim for many years at his base in Cap Ferrat, (Nice), having taught everyone from Pablo Picasso to Robin Williams. Using a method he devised himself Pierre teaches by showing you how to control your breathing and hence your anxiety. Once the breathing is under control floating becomes the natural thing for the body to do and, believe it or not, swimming becomes easy!
This method has remarkable results and is very much a "fast track" method of learning to swim.
